Early untappd checkins showing favorably for white chocolate warmer, ccr, bierbara... not so much for fuzzy double bbls

 

Early untappd ratings, going down the November preview list:

CCR: 4.43
Mash & Vanilla: 4.02
White Chocolate Warmer: 4.34
Bierbara 5.0: 4.23
Bryce: hard to tell since there are checkins from the previous batch overlapping, but looking very positive
Melange #1: 4.02
SitR C&R: Same as Bryce, but reviews looking positive
Fuzzy Blue Double BBLs: 3.88. *whomp whomp*

 

So no one here went to SMM this round?

Huh. Looking at those limits on WC Warmer and Bierbara I guess this won't be an expensive month after all!

 

Where are you seeing limits and what beers will be available? I've scoured my email and see nothing. Is it a Hoarders only thing?

 

Yes, Hoarder allocations went online at 10:00. PT.

RS should be available tomorrow.

 

Remember HS has a 24 hour head start.

Hoarders only allocated one Warmer to buy. Two for Brycescotti. It specifically says quantities very limited and expected to sell out quick.

Bierbara limit is also only 2, however it's not called out as specifically a low yield.

 

Normally I go to every one but, couldn't make it and was hoping someone would have notes. Guess I'm buying the Brycescotti and Winter Warmer blind.

Also, enjoying the video they put with the e-mail from Monday.

 

Was looking through my receipts and found Rueze Reseve. I don’t recall reading any commentary about it at all. It’s not one that I can drink, so I will be giving mine away, but just wondered what people thought. Any notes?

 

I enjoyed it. If you like the buttery flavor of Chardonnay -oak, vanilla- and not in then infected way but in a good way you will enjoy this. I'll open another this week to confirm.

 

Didn't we have a different Biscotti beer last year? I didn't love that one, so I'm passing on this one unless people start saying that it's awesome.

 

This months allocations overwhelm me!!!! Gonna have to stop by the tasting room this weekend to see what I like

 

Sad there was only one bottle of Bierbara 5.0 allocated, that and CCR were my two favorites from SMM this month

despite already renewing a while ago, just got an email that say's "don't forget to renew" which is fine, BUT it does mention "a few things to look forward to" including a Black Tuesday Box 2020. This box must be quite a success.
