I’ve got a little landscaping job to do today, hopefully before the rain and cool temperatures move in. I thought I’d ask the baby to give me a hand.

You live in Albu, correct? We lived in El Paso, Tx for 5 years before relocating to CHC and made at least half a dozen trips to Albu alone.

The more I try craft Pilsners the more I appreciate this one.




Taste of yeasty bread, some hop influence opens up mid palate, finish is clean and crisp. Hops come across as firm without being obtrusive with a slight citrus tang. The flavors are good though not outstanding. In fact this is a conservative prob in the Pilsner direction without wandering off the established boundaries of the Yuengling reservation.
