Grinding their own meat and smoking their own bacon is legit in my book.

No real opinion here, but I randomly saw this bottle in a local liquor store today.

I’m still seeing a few kegs floating around town and I’m sure bottles will be on shelves for awhile. Speaking of...did BF ever do cans? Or bottles only?

Plenty of cans, from Patsy to Orange Curtain.

Got it. Never cared for their products so I never looked. Just curious if they did cans or not. Thanks.

I had one of these back in August. Pretty good but probably much better when it was fresh.

Elaborate a bit more on this. Are you looking for Crudo's, Turrines and Bone Marrow toast at a brewery....? Doesn't seem very lucrative.

Yea I was thinking Cioppino, Lobster Thermidor, Filet Mignon, and Baked Alaska.

My only point of reference for those items by the way, is that they are high end cooking items in The Sims.

    A couple opinions here:
    1) Make a menu you can execute well. For those who have worked in the restaurant industry, you would know what it feels like when a kitchen is slammed and the customers are restless. The facility has a full kitchen and to get all the permits to operate your entire location, there are certain requirements that must be met. Restaurants can spend over a year planning a menu that will appeal to something more than bar food. Perhaps this is start to get the kitchen up and running and they can add from there. BL is an example of a brewery that started small and continues to develop and grow this side of their business in preparation for the bigger plan.
    2) Green Cheek is a BREWERY and maybe they want their priority to be beers and serve food as supplement to it. Their beers have always shined and there is no point if they are going to serve mediocre beers. You can go to BJ's or Karl Strauss for that.

If memory serves me the inside really isn't set up for a restaurant. Nothing like Beachwood BBQ in Long Beach or Alvarado Street. I think the intensions is to serve beer with food on the side. But I hear they get a lot of traffic during lunch time when BF was there? And not many businesses these days allow their employees to drink alcohol during lunch.

I mean, 1 beer isn't going to be largely noticed unless that person operates heavy machinery and should avoid it in that situation.

I deal with electricity and heavy equipment when I'm at work. Plus I'm too close to retirement to take any chance on a beer at lunch. I can wait till I get home.
