The only big sloppy dog vagina I appreciate looking at is in Dog Fancy.

Can anyone remind me why we don't get Raging Bitch anymore? I saw it in Florida when I was there. They're just not sending to TX anymore, or just Austin? I used to buy that all the time when it was $8.99/6-pack. Then it magically went up to $14.99/6-pack overnight... then it was gone. Weird.

It's possible Florida had old stock, which would be nothing new. :grinning:

I don't think it's produced any more because of "Bitch" in the title.

We just had that talk on Saturday.

Flying Dog pulled that series out of Texas. It wasn't because of the label.

Goose Island's Sofie is now label approved for bottles (22oz and 12oz). Love that shit.

Also, noticed a new Texas brewery got approval... Four Corners of Dallas. A Red Ale and a Honey Ale are their first two beers, keg only.

I have a little vertical of Sofie, yet have never tried it. I only have it because the GF procured it for friends and at GI. I need to have a GI tasting. lol

What!? Keg only? Theyre not going to rush bottles into the market!? Huh...

Speaking of rushing to market, anyone else notice that the price of South Austin Brewery bottles has dropped a few bucks?

DFH Bitches Brew disagrees with you.

If you like Das Wunderkind, they're very similar saisons IMHO. Sofie is closer to 6% ABV though.

Sofie and Matilda are my very favorite GI beers.

Matilda is very very good... Hope I like the Sofie.

I have quite a few bottles of other GIs in my Cellar from Trades/Road Trips that I haven't had time to have, but should age well.

Juliet, Lolita, BCBS 2012, Big John, Night Stalker

I at least know the BCBS is good.

You know, honestly now that GI is making its way to Texas, I think I could care less, and it's not because of that silly AB InBev nonsense, but because I've tried plently of their beers and have just lost interest. More beer for you guys.

It would have to be on the shelf next to the High Gravity Lagers for $1.50 at 7-11 before I'd consider it again. :grinning:

I'll buy the Vintage ales, but I don't see myself ever buying their "classic" ales (Honkers, 312 Urban Wheat, IPA).

Looks like endevour is coming out in 12 oz bottles now...

They pulled it out of a bunch of markets due to hop shortage and wanted to be able to fulfill the local demand. If you saw it recently, I'd guess it's either old or they've recently started distributing to certain markets again.

That's sort of how I feel, but my brother lives in Chicago and so when I have visited in the past I have bought a decent amount of their stuff. Last month when I was there I spent all my money on BCBS. Well worth the $22 4-packs

Lots of new updates (again, this isn't all of them)...

Clown Shoes - Genghis Pecan (ooh) (bombers)
Clown Shoes - Porcine Unidragon (bombers)
    Descutes - Chasin' Freshies (keg/bomber)
Real Ale Brewer's Cut - Dry Hopped Porter (12oz/kegs)
Real Ale Brewer's Cut - Red Ale (12oz/kegs)
Saint Arnold Belgian-style Pale Ale (12oz/kegs)
    Saint Arnold Bohemian Pils (12oz/kegs)
    Saint Arnold Brown Ale (kegs)
Saint Arnold Cascadian Dark Ale (12oz bottles)
    Saint Arnold Endeavour (12oz bottles)
    Stone/Evil Twin/Stillwater - Perfect Crime Black Saison (12oz/kegs)

Also Clown Shoes got Blaecorn Unidragon & Chocolate Sombrero added with keg sizes... I don't think I've EVER seen them on draft in Texas.

Oh and good news... AB added yet ANOTHER size to their Goose Island regular repertoire (which is already now every size imaginable). 1 Gallon 'DRAFTMARK' fridge units. Are we still wondering about if they're gonna use GI for world craft beer domination? lol.

Anyone tried the Porcine Unidragon? I'm scared of bacon beers after the whole Rogue Voodoo Donut Maple Bacon debacle. But mmm... bacon.

The best news on that page is 12oz bottles of Endeavor. I'm not a huge IPA guy, so I tend to shy away from drinking a whole bomber of them, but a 12oz bottle would be perfect.
