    Drekker Buffalo Rodeo Rye Pils, 5.2% ABV. Pours clear pale yellow with a 3+ finger white head that left no lacing. Nose is mild, a bit of malt and bread. Taste is slight toasted malt and bread, not much bitterness. Excellent mouthfeel, if a bit overcarbonated. Overall excellent, what you would call sessionable.

    4.21/5 rDev +3.4%
    look: 4 | smell: 4.25 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 4 | overall: 4.25

    For some reason I put off drinking this for a couple of weeks, while I drank new stouts, IPAs, and sours. I guess I was expecting this to taste like a macro. I'd gladly drink many of these on a hot summer day.

    5 weeks old and still tasting phenomenal! It's become habit-forming, and too tough to resist when I spy it on the cooler shelf.

    Hops are Kohatu, Motueka & Topaz.

    I was pretty much done with Barrier, but a collab with Sand City made me go against my better judgment. I can't taste their watered-down yeast in this one, and that is an insane bonus. The hops are shining like the mandolin rain. WTF is that, Hunter? I don't know, either. My mother used to sing it. Peace...
