    Another night of chamomile with honey for me- and, no, that doesn't mean a mead. I've been sick for about a week now, and hopefully I will pull out of it soon. It's nice checking in on threads like this one to get some ideas for what my first beer will be after a long layoff. So far everything looks soooooo good (I guess that's how you know you're getting better- earlier in the week I couldn't even think about beer).

    Have a great one, everybody- I'll leave the teakettle on if ya need it :wink:

    Seeing Jeff Mangum in Houston on Jan. 21. I saw them back in Champaign, IL, with friends in the mid-1990s, right after the release of In the Aeroplane Over the Sea. We had no idea who they were but my buddy bought the album on vinyl and the rest is history.

    I've probably listened to that album 1000 times, at least.
