Biggest reason I run. They cancelled our season due to coronavirus and it’s the first time in 12 years I haven’t played in months. I miss it a lot. It’s what keeps me in the best shape, kicking that ball around.

 

I say you're doing fantastic! That was a huge mileage week, are you on sand/dirt part of the time? Everything is pavement for the most part around here (running) unless you go over to the beach. Hope you can find an event to concur soon! In FL Jun-Aug are pretty much off months because of the heat. Cheers!

I am drinking Funkin Nutz by Anderson Valley brewing out of Cali. It is a hazy ipa.

 

It's $8.99 at Walmarts in these parts. I'm seriously glad you're enjoying a tour of the PacNW though

 

Done with beer for tonight. Some cheap white wine and a shrimp snack.

 

Cracking a beer can open is such a distinctive sound. Strangely, cracking a Hamms is the exact same sound as cracking a Heady. In that way, they are equal. Waxing philosophical...Cheers!

 

I run at least a mile each decade.

That might be a slight exaggeration.

 

This Enjoy By is fantastic, tasting much bigger than just the beer. Why you may ask (or i recommend you don't)? Because I posted that we rarely get it in my little town and a true BA legend @jzeilinger saw it and offered to send me a six pack. Three days later and I'm totally enjoying an ice cold Enjoy By! Can't thank you enough JZ! As if that wasn't enough, check out what I'm about to post in "latest beer haul", what he used to fill the box. Y'all are a truly amazing bunch of beer loving and sharing folks! Cheers mates.

Drowned Lands - Spring Terra

First experience with these guys out of New York State. The hop profile is killer, but the honey biscuit-like malt sweetness is just too forward, and a bit overbearing. It really takes away from the beer as a whole. Some people like sweeter IPAs, and that's fine. Personally, I do not. The drier, the better. It's not a bad beer, but it becomes difficult to drink more than 8-10oz before that sweetness starts to linger. 3.8/5.
