    Based on the particulates on this one I would image that this one used to be more cloudy ?

    Have you had this one before ?

    Newest Luponic Distortion by Firestone Walker. This is actually my first one, and I like the peach, pear and dragon fruit, as advertised. And I like that it is a lighter body IPA and the hops can shine. Seems this is #16. Are others fans of this series?

    The two that the started the original conversation I referenced were Fayston Maple and Double Sunshine. I've had the canned version of both but the person I got them from said they are distinctly different from their older bottled counterparts. I think the exact language used was "a shadow of itself' or something along those lines.

    Would it be crazy to assume that I'm the only person in Maine who has this beer in his refrigerator? Just sayin'... I bet it's totally possible. How cool is that? Not very cool...I know.

    Man, just look how the fog slowly creeps in over the lake like that, until it is entirely engulfed and you can't see through the mist... I'm pretty sure this is when crazy zombie dinosaur demon spirits come out and murder anyone standing in the fog.... It's either this exact scenario or a Stephen King story, but I'm pretty sure it's this right here....
    How cool is that? Cooler than Sierra's exclusive last Maine standing Pliny 4 Prez!

    My personal opinion is that Double > Single > Triple

    If you want specifics of how I felt I can probably find the old file when I originally jotted down my notes. This is strange for me because I usually rank high-ABV versions higher so the fact I thought both Sip and Double and better than Triple is kind of saying something. I would visit Lawson's in person to check their brewery out but it isn't really a brewery I have sought out after initially trying it.

    Not a fan of that series at all. Give me Union Jack all day long and I'll be content. But hey, I'm glad you like it. Their aim is to sell beer. We don't all like the same shit, and that is awesome!!!

    Candlebox was the 3rd act - right before the headliner - of the first concert I ever attended. (Hell of a trivia question to name the other three.)

    I guess that's actually showing my youth vice my age, but hey. :slight_smile:

    I do like Union Jack more. I think that is a first class IPA. But I enjoyed this for what it was

    It was! Four IPAs deep, and I randomly switch it up to a stout? But indeed, getting LARRRGE.

    I believe this was my partner's first sip of WWS, and she asked me - possibly assuming I was inebriated enough to have made a mistake - "Are you sure it's not barrel aged?"

    Once I told her the ABV, it all clicked, followed by a, "......damn!" :grinning:

    Sadly I now have to report you to the state for drinking WWS since its ABV breaks state beer laws. Nevermind the fact I have a bottle of 190-proof everclear a couple feet away from me that is perfectly legal in the state.

    GA laws are a mess despite being objectively better than they were a few years ago.
