    My last 11.(best batch in recent years) I had a nasty verticle going but I don't drink verticals all at once and this one is soo prime so why not.

    Got some heat rock in the headphones.

    Nope, really did find it back there when I was cleaning out the fridge. I keep most of my beers on the bottom shelf, but this one was short enough to fit on the next shelf up and I forgot about it.

    I'm in day 2 (technically day 3) of this cold that I can't seem to shake, so it's herbal tea again tonight. I suppose I could always make a hot toddy.

    So I had the Devil Dancer earlier. Surprisingly I didn't notice very much biterness. Mostly malts and caramelly sweetness. Is this how it's supposed to taste, or is it because its quite a few months past the bottling date?
