In the realm of ESBs, this completely kicks ass. I will be getting a fresh 6 next season for sure.

This is pretty tasty, lightly cloying bitterness and earthy herbal spiciness.

Finally thought tonight was the night to break out my first Lawson's beer which I picked up a couple weeks ago on a trip to Vermont. Hopzilla DIPA. Fantastic!

So story behind this one...I was cleaning out the out of date/damages area in the back at work the other day (I work at a beer store) and in one of the boxes way in the back I found this. No idea what year it is, but I noticed the label is different from all the other ones I've seen on here lately (they just say KBS). I can't find a date or anything on the bottle. My only clue is that in the same box that I found this there were also a few Bells Third Coast Old Ales, bottled January 2007. So I'm guessing this guy is maybe 4+ years old, any insight BAs?.

Oh, and I've never had KBS before!
I must say that is pretty delicious! I thought about waiting to compare it with a fresh KBS, but I don't have that kind of patience ha.

Out of town for business....had a Three Floyds Alpha Kng, a couple of Two Hearteds and a Guiness
Foreign Extra Stout, which is a good, but weird tasting beer. Cheers!

Mean while can't seem to upload my Fckng pictures!

Pannepot. First time trying it. Damn if this isn't a good beer. I'm hard pressed to think of a Quad/BSDA I'd rather drink - with apologies to Rochefort and St Bernardus. Rich but not sweet, fruity and spicy but with no weird tang. I mean, wow.

Wish it were easier to come by.

Drinking a Moohoo Chocolate Milk Stout.. Funny because JUST last year I didn't really like this beer. It's grown on me.

I'd post a pic but I don't know how.... any help?

I figured I would get a little reminiscent of Halloween tonight. Having the rest of my Elysian Night Owl I capped on Saturday. It's the perfect example of a drinkable pumpkin ale. Cheers to a Monday!

Just got back from a trip to Ithaca and VT. I picked up five cases of Heady, 20 bombers of various HF, 5 growlers of HF, a bunch of Mikeller, and a couple kegs of Flower Power.

I am currently drinking Heady. I may be doing that for a while.
