Up next is a new tick for me, Sight Glass Hazy Pale by Single Hill Brewing. Pretty meh-ish, except for some band-aid phenols. Won't be grabbing another.

Guess it’s a Cigar City night. I like this. Very light, satiny mouthfeel. Flavor reminds me of a mild Meyer lemon with some cracker malt and a little pepper. I’m no connoisseur, so my descriptions are whatever. No alcohol bite at all, but another 8 is the new 5 force.

Back when I had sundays off, this was my staple for NFL sundays. Needed a lot of these for that first year the Rams came back.

East End Brewing Co. -- Glen Hazel (thanks to @Pinz412 for providing this beer)

Clear and light amber body; very nice slowly rising carbonation; thin yet lasting white head. Light cereal grain aroma with a touch of dank hop presence. Fantastic flavors of pine resin and mild alcohol presence; mild to moderate fruity sweetness. Medium body; mild prickliness yet also giving a slick feel; softly warm with alcohol; a nice mix of sweetness and dryness.

The initial appearance and smell weren't too exciting, but the taste and mouthfeel really elevated this beer. It's ABV is fairly well moderated. It delivers a lovely and balanced taste experience.

Well ok In not 100% on that. I agree its tops but I will never paint myself into a corner. I like alot of stuff- some more than others but I see how you feel. My opinion: Texas brisket #1 but Texas pork shoulder no.

Hop & Hound in Bothell has been getting their cans for about six weeks. I'm not overly impressed myself. Once again due to the exorbitant pricing.
