    Brouwerij Kees bourbon barrel cfs (caramel fudge stout). Love this under-known and under-appreciated (in the US) Dutch brewery.

    From that I am now enjoying this lovely, aged well Barleywine.
    Pairs well with Dandelion Chocolate, from Tanzania

    I like rare prime rib but I only eat cow occasionally. But I git the wife to make Cincinnati Chili with ground beef here lately. Having said that, I haven't been to a restaurant in 3 and a half months?? Sad. Bigly sad.

    Now 5+ months in it is still a battle every day. But we are in a better place.

    Evening BA's. This was canned 15 days ago and is absolutely magnificent! Like biting into a grapefruit. Bitter grapefruit pith followed by sweet grapefruit juice and dry dry dry at the end. Might be the freshest Scuplin I have have ever seen in Texas. Hope the new owners keep this up. This was considered world class just a few years ago and right now today it absolutely still is.

    Thanks - gotta say, I'm loving this guitar. Has a totally different vibe than any of my other guitars. That was recorded through the Strymon Sunset distortion, Strymon digital delay into the clean channel of the Orange. A slight bit of compression from the Keeley compressor. Really fun guitar!
