    But I have to say the weird spinning head thing is creepy as all hell.

    That's a later model ES-5, it has three tone controls in addition to the three volumes, and has humbucking pickups instead of P90's. The early models only had three volume controls and P90 pickups.

    Decided the value proposition with BA was worth dropping the Jackson and joining the Society. Beer of celebration is one of my favorites, Lagunitas Willettized Stout. Cheers!
