    Another beautiful day on the lake. Two kids caught their first fish this week. Ones kid left to go. Reading, watching the water and enjoying a Beaver Overbite IIPA from Paradox Brewery. Cheers!

    Drained half my phone battery on the autocorrect. We're a little North of Amsterdam.

    Speaking if autocorrect, were on Lake Sacandaga. And I still don't know how to pronounce it...

    My first ever Heddy Topper. Not terribly available in my area, but my friend Chris brought a couple back from visiting family in Vermont. I can definitely see how this is one of the ur-NEIPAs, even though the brewer described it as a Vermont IPA. Really delicious and special.

    Thanks! Now I won't look like such a tourist.

    We're a little south of there I think. Just outside Broadalbin. I suspect the level is a little low but really have no idea-first time here. I think Scout Island us across from where we're staying. We canoed over there this morning to fish.

    Grabbed a 4 pack of this seasonal release this morning and ironically Mother Earth was hyping up this one on their social media today touting a reformulated recipe with a heavier body and more tropical aromas (obviously more Citra on first whiff). Wondering if I should do a new listing for it on their profile page.
