Amen brother Saberg, this was a long week even though I only worked Thursday and Friday. The weekend couldn't come soon enough!!

Best beer tonight. See, we talk about hops hops hops, but when the brewer gets their malt right in their IPAs you have deelish

 

My Dad worked on the project at Raytheon around here back in the day. The rumor was there was a bunch of launch sites around Sudbury and Maynard Ma. in the woods along rt 20 and rt 117. My wife and I used to park and neck there once and a while and a government car would always come.

Energy Equals from Equilibrium. Great way to start the weekend. Seems the 4-day weeks after a holiday are worse than a normal work week. Oh well, time for beer.

 

You surely see what’s happening here, yes? You have not resigned yourself to the fact that you need traditional Polish farmers cheese pierogies in your system to clear the demons that ail you. It’s fate, karma, kismet, whatever, but this is your reality now. My wife is going on a road trip tomorrow, so I plan on making a store run to look for some to send. If there is nothing meeting the standard, I will probably contact the local big pierogie makers about sending some to you directly.

When I have the option nailed down, I’ll be in contact. It’s for your own good. It’s the only way...You need a pierogorcism!

 

Some can be very good, but others not so much. The major grocery stores like HEB around me, that usually have good selections have slowly reduced that to mostly IPA, alcoholic seltzer and macros. Luckily Saint Arnold has a wide ranging selection that can still be found most everywhere though, them and Live Oak are the two breweries kind of above that. SA has a new year-round Wit coming out next week that I am excited about as well.

 

I almost made the trip Thursday, but backed out. Wife is out of town tomorrow, so maybe...they just look like fruit smoothies, begging to be tried.
