Looks like I'm going F2F my way to the election if I don't leave Montana soon.

    Wanderlust bombers are here too.

It's a little frightening to impress people on BA with my beer drinking abilities...

I missed out on the Hazy Cowiche crowlers this year, it's normally one of my favorites every year. But then I heard from people who had it that it was a hot peppery mess.

Starting to wonder if Wetwired didn't turn out and got dumped.

And it's now listed on Cloudburst's website as being on tap today. And I found an Untappd listing mentioning that it was canned today. IPA again! No more DIPA!

Aren't all the hops wet once you put them in the wort? :stuck_out_tongue:

On a serious note, I'm gonna be one sad panda if I can't find any mosaic freshies this year

Hmmm...my son's play date was cancelled, so maybe I can get up to the Ballard location to buy some after work today...

Wetwired available today at Cloudburst (both locations), Holy Mountain tomorrow. $22/4 pack. Cool new labels, and it's technically a Cloudburst release as it was brewed there this year.

I've reported an update. That usually does the trick.

The listing for it on Untappd mentioned that they were freshly kilned hops.

    EPIC FAIL

My parents were in Australia and New Zealand the last two years during hop harvest. I think my dad had a couple fresh hops, but I can’t remember for sure. I need to dig through his old Untappd checkins.

Sierra Nevada is pretty consistent in their language around it. The northern hemisphere that is out now is labeled as "wet hop"

Also, has anyone tried SNs northern hemisphere this year? I'll probably just grab a single but I'm curious if it'll be worth a whole 6 pack

I have never been impressed with a Sierra Nevada wet hop beer. Nothing to do with my dislike of their marketing semantics. They’re just always overly malty and never showcasing the hops.

Might be a matter of perspective. I happened to be living in Morgantown WV for FH season 2012, and FH Sierra Nevada was the only FH beer available. Fresh bottles (in bomber format) had considerable FH character I thought. At least in comparison to whatever else was available in West Virginia.

Apparently there are multiple versions of Barley Brown's Fresh Hop Pallet Jack out there.

Barley Brown's posted this on their Facebook page about a half hour ago:

"FYI to Bars and Restaurants that purchased our Fresh Hop Pallet Jack IPA kegs. If the cap reads: FHPJ Batch 1054 with a M on it, it was brewed with Mosaic hops.
If the cap reads: FHPJ Batch 1050 it was brewed with Simcoe hops.
We apologize for not making it more obvious.
    Cheers!"

Pallet Jack with fresh Mosaic hops? Oh yeah, I'd drink that.

@draheim solution at Casa Rock. A fading Citra Slicker in the glass btw.

Also, speaking of btws. For the TC folk, just got a text from Coppertop. They just tapped F2F And a FH from Drubru. I can’t go there (Covid lock down for me), but maybe you can.
