    A Three Sided Peach, a bretted pale aged with peaches in red wine barrels. From the best brewery in the world.

    Listening to one of the best live bands I’ve ever seen.

    My oldest son brought me this special beer on Thanksgiving. It’s been too long since I’ve had a fresh Brewing Projekt beer. This one Dry Hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Mosaic, AND El Dorado! Sitting on the deck in shorts and sweatshirt, getting some sun and taking a break from cutting veggies for turkey soup stock.

    More rainy day beer and music. Boulevard Barrel Aged Quad. One of my favorites.

    Spinning the 60th Anniversary set of Ascenseur Pour I'échafaud. The soundtrack Miles did for the French Louis Malle film of the same name. Basically all improvisation, they just played the movie and Miles and band worked out the music on the spot. Its incredible, and this is where he worked on a bunch of ideas that would be used for Milestones and Kind Of Blue. This underrated album is so subtle but always surprises.

    Broke the golden rule of “if you decorate in November, Santa kills an Elf” and put up the Christmas stuff today. Covid probably would have gotten the Elf anyway, so why worry.

    Drinking my final bottle of Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor. There are a few more left at my local, so I should make a concerted effort to pick them up tomorrow, ‘cause once it’s gone it’s gone. Cheers. [​IMG]
