Pours a light brown color, almost amber. 2 finger off white head. Fluffy looking. Some nice lacing on the glass, and the head retention is good.
The nose smells of gingerbread - that's really the best way to describe it.
Taste - like the nose - gingerbread. I also get lots of cinnamon in this beer, and it kicks in on the back side. I think I also get a hint of nutmeg.
The body is good - very good. The spices linger in my throat.
Solid beer, and a good one for this time of the year.

 

Sorry Larry, my minds a bit off-kilter tonight. Tonight just hot with tequila butter. For the Friday night TSO livestream she'll make Hawaiian King roll lobster rolls, then prolly a lobster pie (lobster, garlic, butter, bread crumbs) under a broiler.....cheers buddy!

CBR 10' 80" at 128, 1991 11' 95" at 117 in the qtr mile. Magazine says the CBR does 181, the 2015 150's, the 1991 I let off at the Qtr mile mark to save the block. Not risking getting cuffed to see top speed on the highway......
