    Closest I can relate to that dude's story is actually shitty beer...

    But the only reason I have this cider is because a friend gave it to me, and I'm drinking it out of obligation, not interest. :slight_smile:

    Oh, heck yeah - and then throw in the fact he's blind. Blows my mind. - Case in point, playing this morning: the lights were being messed with during rehearsal and it was so dark that I couldn't get my bearings on the guitar neck and was totally messing me up. With Doc? - Did I mention, "Blows my mind?"

    The buddy didn’t abandon him! However haven’t spoken to him since I after I graduated highschool...

    Whomever was his owner did, so my buddy just adopted him out of necessity or more so didn’t have a choice lol

    After a nice dinner of honey glazed wild salmon, I get to have another one of these. I enjoyed one last night, but did not post. Tonight I thought of a good dessert pairing for it. Biscoff Lotus cookies and non-newtonian fig cookies, the spice should go great with this Quadrupel.

    EDIT: Awsome pairing with both cookies! Yum!

    I have not tried many Belgian style beers, the few I have were either too funky or too estery? (bubblegum).

    Boulevard - The Sixth Glass Quadrupel Ale is very nice. Great spice and yeast without going over the top in any one direction. Need to find more like this.
