    Tennis was good tonight. I need to get my legs back. Got to return some serves from a former 14's who was ranked #3 in all of India. The two players above him are still on the ATP tour. His serve got as high as 135mph. Good times!
    Starting with On the Wings of Armageddon, which I consider to be a classic. Cheers!

    Can't go wrong with either one. Biggest difference is the Wet Hopped has a cleaner, brighter taste and smell with low bitterness. Cheers!

    First beer of the week for me: Standard & Pours, an Imperial Stout at Bull & Bear Brewery. For a new brewery’s first big stout this is outstanding! Lots of chocolate nicely balanced by earthy bitterness and a hint of dark fruit. Thick, creamy mouth feel. Excellent!

    Basically—I use some jerk seasoning, fresh scotch bonnet pepper, fresh thyme, bacon and the rendered fat as a base for everything. Also have this hot sauce I add in, because we like more spice to it.
