Yep, they were lenticular. That's what I meant to say! Actually, had to go look that one up. The last one we saw was huge. Pretty sure it was the Mother Ship.

 

They are pretty amazing and unforgettable cloud formations especially in the right setting!

 

Love that shot of the Organ Mountains with lenticular cloud decks there, nice... we get that once in a while on the Front Range, too, but that's a special layer cake of atmospheric moisture, my friend! Wow...

 

My thermometer, which is in the sun, is currently reading 13 degrees Celsius, which is quite a change from the -20 or lower of the past few days.

I consider myself to have a decent knowledge of Belgian beer, but admit I was completely unfamiliar with this one until picking it up at my local LCBO. It’s an 8% Saison. Very good. Cheers.

 

A different kind of coffee beverage today with a best by date of 03/05/20. While lacking carbonation it's still pretty robust in taste. The release of this beer always had me crossing the border into Michigan to Barney's when I lived back in Hoosierland.
