I just opened a Green Flash Double Stout. Smooth, rich, chocolatey-coffee goodness. :grinning:

This is a treat! Celebrating because I was asked to create a song for an underground metal compilation cd! Finally all my hard work pays off! Cheers!

It is a 2.5gallon barrel and it is so nice to split up a 5gal batch to see how much it changes.

After Funkwerks Saision and Dry Dock Apricot Blonde, onto this. I thought it looked cool, but it tastes like a dadgum whiskey sour. Can you say....INFECTED!!! Instant drainpour.......*sniffle, sniffle* Had high hopes for this.

Just got done clearing 9 inches of snow from my driveway and the 88 year old neighbor's driveway. Wife cooked up an arm roast in the cast iron dutch oven with potatoes and gravy. Went to the cellar and found a Sneaky Pete Imperial IPA 22 oz bottled 3/5/2012. Tired and sore but the beer tastes so good with the meal. Thank you Lord for my wife! Life is good.

That looks delicious. I'm not that familiar with The Bruery. How often is Black Tuesday available?

Earlier I tried SN Narwhal, fantastic! Now I opened a boulevard imperial ipa, it's a fantastic beer. I figured I would try to make a Black and Tan with the rest of the Ninkasi imperial stout. I was unsuccessful and it all just mixed together but it still tastes fantastic.
