More snow today. Ugh! But the day is redeemed by this amazing DIPA from Conclave Brewing, hopped with Citra, Nelson, Waimea, and Sabro. This is as good as it gets in the Garden State. Cheers!

 

If the Bucs win today, I believe Brady transcends football and becomes quite likely the greatest player in the history of North American team sports. Forty three, new team, losing culture, no preseason, what else can you say? I remember Peyton Manning barely being able to jog on and off the field in his final season at age thirty nine.

Third beer of the day is the second try for this one from Oscar Blues. They’ve made a serious effort in the Ontario market and have brought in five beers over the last couple of years. Hopefully they’ve been rewarded. Cheers.

A Tree House Brewing New Decade (Do-Over) DIPA with my freshly washed shaggy pal. A wonderful tropical taste and super soft feel. It's difficult to believe it's 8.6%. My first beer from them and find it very enjoyable. Thanks @jvgoor3786 for the hook up by way of Arkansas!

Meatloaf prepped and ready for a smoke bath! A beautiful day temperature wise but the crazy wind is making simple outdoor cooking tasks a challenge.

 

I like some snow, but geez I don't know how you guys can take it as much as ya'll get up there some winters. Nice hops combo on the brew.

 

Couldn't resist a growler of Bodhizilla from Georgetown. Very nice DIPA.

 

I opened a Quintuple BBB and it was unfortunately sour, so I moved on the the Sextuple BBB, figuring I may as well get it over with. I am (somewhat) happy to report that Epic is 1 for 2 today. It tastes pretty good.
