The beer I am drinking now is still the KBS Maple Mackinaw Fudge. Savoring it a sip at a time as it warms and its flavor opens. What a fine beer.

I can’t resist one more. If the Browns were to remove Beckham from their roster, would that move make sufficient room for a player like Watt? Or is he interested in going home to the frozen tundra?

Overcast, breezy day in the mid 60s...perfect for screwing down the shed’s roof deck, installing the transom windows and fitting in the soffit siding...I’m done for the day, first beer is FBS on the patio where it is breezy and a cool 60° as the sun begins to set:



Poured at 58° straight out of my chiller’s top shelf. Bottled 1/4/21. Just what I need to shake off this SWFL “chill”...

Today’s work:



Tomorrow we will likely install the door, window and east siding. I’m on dinner duty again tonight, but it’s easy - T-bones with roasted potatoes/carrots slices and a salad. Cheers y’all!

Dude, once Covid is over, I'm gonna negotiate a long weekend off with the missus, drive to you with a full cooler of beer, sleep on your floor, and eat your cooking. Whaddya say? Those mushrooms look insane . . .

 

My daughter's friends left her high & dry with her snow shoveling "business", so I stepped in to help her on two of them. Took a break with a Boulevard Chocolate Ale (2021). She keeps the profits. It seems fair.

 

Back with another new but sadly lackluster low alcohol beer. Fun trying at least.

Brooklyn Special Effects IPA. The effects are tasting like perfume and wort. But I'll knock em all back. Cheers... upside? February is now more than halfway done.
