    Happy TGIF day BA's!

    Took today off to have a long 3 day weekend....did 3 miler this am with Miss Emma

    Picked up some new beers too - got my Federal tax refund today, so splurged a little!

    Delicious new Pinery - Pineapple Gose from Urban Artifact....sooooo good!

    Actually found them at Total Wine Alpharetta. They had the Helles too. It was a couple of weeks ago now. I have not seen it at Jax yet and I go in there all the time. Need a stake in the ownership :joy:

    They are a fun band to watch live, last time I saw them, here in Va, they had one of the greatest drummers I have ever seen or heard, pretty incredible guy who wound up doing a few solos during the show.

    Drinking a Cloudwater beer brewed by Trillium, I Have Become The Boat DDH IPA. Pretty amazing, dark berries, dank cannabis, citrus, tropical pineapple, nice. Cheers everyone!

    Macanudo gold is a classic; easy smoking, natural/Connecticut wrapper. Great choice, and pairs pretty easy (with beer or whisky if one prefers).

    I went with a Cain Nub Double Maduro. I assume the wrapper and filler are maduro - or wrapper and binder, possibly, as it doesn't clarify. Either way, it smoked incredibly smooth for a maduro; rich as expected, of course, but until about the last 1/5, it wasn't remotely ashy or charred.

    The brewer there used to brew at Devil’s Backbone in Va, came up with their Vienna Lager.

    LAst up for today is Fegley's Brewworks Hop'solutely. It's an 11.5% TIPA that I probably shouldn't be closing the day with, but WTH. Clear Amber color with a great off-white head. It's fruity

    A good smoke is always joyful...I personally like maduro cigars - generally rich and flavorful...haven't had a Macanudo in years...may have to check some out the next time...

    Happy Friday, BA! Another beautiful day of snow flurries here.

    One of my favorite things to do is watch crappy B horror movies. Doing that on Prime currently, though the acting in the current selection is particularly....flawed, shall we say.

    Anywho, drinking a Framinghammer for now. did i try to make a beer snow cone!?!?
