    Free Will Brewing Rye Whiskey Ralphius Imperial Stout - last of my Ralphius variants picked up over Christmas. Pleasant and comforting at the end of the Texas weather event for 2021 ( at least I hope there are no more for the year!) I drink it with my own pit bull Ralphie snoring beside me!

    Celebrating my bday tomorrow with the last of my BCBS stash. 2013 12oz bottle poured into a snifter is pitch black, almost no dark brown head with a smell that hides how good this is. Thick stout, sweet bourbon flavors with no alcohol heat

    Busy beer day. Went up to Missouri for a beer run. Swung by a Pizza Joint in Bentonville called the Oven & Tap, had some great pie with a Hawk Moth Hazy & Hoppy IPA & then A Bell's Hopslam. Then the Wife drove me to Ozark Beer Co. for a BDCS made with Trix Cereal and then a Imp Stout made with 4 different peppers Called Capsicum Obscura, both good & clocking in over 10% ABV, Then Home for a nap, we then went our local BBQ Joint, had some lovely Filet Mignon with a Ozark Stout & a Weihenstephaner Dunkleweissen.

    Now back at the ranch, almost all the snow is gone. First from the Mizzou Haul; Bur Oak Hoppen-Daz Mango Milkshake IPA
