While I don’t know about specific beer’s IBUs, it sounds like you’re interested in more of a West Coast IPA. That said, here’s a couple to look for that might scratch that itch:

    Odell IPA
    Odell Myrcenary
    Comrade Superpower
    Equinox Space Ghost
Westbound & Down West Coast All-Stars Series
    Melvin (WY) IPA
    La Cumbre (NM) Elevated IPA

Check out comrade super power, s26 juicy banger, and eddyline epic day.

If you're used to Oregon IPA - Comrade, Cannonball Creek, and Westbound & Down make IPA's on par with OR's best.

My favorite to this day is still Euphoria by Ska brewing Co. Pairs well with snowboarding.

Okay, this is cheating, but I found a single of Electric Jellyfish from Pinthouse Pizza in Austin at my local. One of my favorite TX beers, haven’t had it in a while, and confirming right now, it’s a world class hazy. And I’m saying that as someone who is generally nonplussed with a lot of hazies. Nice malt backbone. Highly recommend tracking some down. I was very surprised to see them here so not sure what the deal is.

Cool to know that Pinthouse randomly made it to CO. They're absolutely legit for IPA's of all sorts. One of their founders came from Odell, back when Odell was just starting to become a powerhouse with hoppy beers themselves.

New Image and Cannonball have great beer. New Terrain has a beautiful space/scenery and pretty good beer.
Not as far west, but if you like cask beers, can’t recommend Hogshead enough.

If you go to New Image, you're not too far from Sloan's Lake and West Highland, where there's a number of really great breweries. Hogshead, Call to Arms, De Steeg, Grateful Gnome, and Seedstock.

Hogshead maybe has the best UK cask beers in the US, no joke. They're incredible. Call to Arms is always solid and has some interesting beers from time to time. I think De Steeg is making some of the best Belgians in Colorado, but they fly under the radar. Seedstock has excellent old-world lagers. I've only been to Grateful Gnome once and it was good, but it's been a while.

New Image and Cannonball are excellent breweries though. You'll have enough on your hands just visiting them if you're only coming for a quick visit. I've never been to New Terrain so can't comment.

New Image is making my absolute favorite IPAs in the country right now, but their taproom leaves something to be desired IMO. Outer Range is the preferred spot for my lady and I because we can get a hike in nearby and then drink until our hearts our content while dining on bomb ass chicken and soaking in the mountain views and vibes.

*live in Colorado Springs, so it's a drive either way, but ORB is totally worth it.

The new ORB space is awesome. They also have a bunch of different beers that aren't packaged, too. I've only briefly stopped in on the way back from Casey, but once things warm up I plan on spending more time up there.

For fans of clear, west coast IPAs, Electric Cowboy from Diebolt is the kind of beer that you finish in three swallows and wonder where did my beer go? Citra, Cascade, and Nugget, reminds me of a Citra/Centennial IPA I used to homebrew, roughly 2010-2015. Makes me want to unpack the gear and get back into it.

That sounds great and those hops make for a wonderful combo.

My lady and I finally made it out to Knotted Root in Nederland today, and I have to say, all the great word-of-mouth I have been hearing is 100% accurate. They are now tied with New Image for my favorite IPAs in the state. I drank Monosodium Glutamate, Formless Void, and Silent Scenes and all were distinctly unique but bangers across the board. I also took a few sips of Formless Void, Thick Strawberry Goo, and Thick Habitual Goo from my GF and enjoyed them all.

I realize I'm late to the party here, but if anyone else is wandering out to the Golden/Lakewood side of town I think Coda Brewing is worth a visit. Smaller spot with a great vibe, and beer on par with Cannonball.
