The nephew surprisingly came back with my family, said it was so he could have a cigar and drink with me. So I had to share this with him on his 21st.
Since everybody else ate earlier, making my dinner now.
Not an American song, but definitely appropriate for Memorial Day.

 

Happy Memorial Day everyone! Cheers to those who have served and fallen. Drinking an old Shake Señora right now, sour ale with pineapple, passionfruit, guava, lime, toasted coconut, toasted almond, lactose and partially aged in rum barrels, it's basically a tiki cocktail beer. Happy Birthday to @DavetotheB as well! Cheers BA

 

Ommegang Sleeveless Tea Summer Lager with Tea, Lemon & Natural Flavors - we are finally seeing the sun here in Philly after a washout of a Memorial Day weekend and after being out in the sun for a few hours this is really hitting the spot. Pours a nice fluffy head and a slightly hazy yellow. Smell is lemon zest. Taste is crisp with lemon and a hint of tea, a great summer beer. This is delicious and I will be in for at least a four pack, and great price in my area too ($9.99).

That was one of my first beer adventures into non German beers way back. Definitely have to give it a try again in cans.

Last night me and son #2 were at the Garden. No, I was not the idiot who threw the water bottle. Kyrie got the boos that he deserved but the bottle was stupid. And that guy is getting charged with a felony.

In more positive items: Durant - my god is he good; Harden - I can’t stand him but seeing the speed of his dribble in person and how fast he can do the jab-step and 3 point release? In the immortal words of Keith Jackson - Whoah, Nelly; and Tatum - I’m still ticked off with my Sixers about that draft but respect to Jayson (but perhaps stop complaining to the refs so much?).



Tonight, back to working the grill. Oh, and having a beer. Something called Sip.

Had a good trainning, a good bath and now, this amazing beer!
