out at a friends house. Waiting for this gummy to kick in but had to quickly check in and confirm this beer is a straight bouncy castle bomb.

Damon '20. I must be missing something as I've never been impressed with HF stouts. Meh for me. They should stick to Farmhouse Ales as they excel at them. IMO

I probably should have tried posting mine before the RSO kicked in. Hope I don’t shut down the party again.

Spyglass does single hop beers very well. Their house yeast is present but the hop still shines. They do Citra better than just about anyone but this Mosaic is right up there too.

I picked some up today as well and gave it a stellar review. That price point is simply unmatched for the quality

dog nearly got skunked, about as close as it can get, had to bathe her just to be sure. That calls for a strong night cap. More Snake.

A bigger PA brew for this evening with Breakfast in a Glass Stout from Wolf Brewing in Pennsylvania. I wanted to get a bigger beer in to start the weekend and this is probably the only brew of the night for me. Lets see what this crowler holds for my belly!

Picked up a crowler of this at the brewery during a recent visit. Canned on 7/9/21. Poured cold into my snifter.
The beer pours a black coffee color with no light passing through my glass. A creamy beige head of 1 cm foams up and recedes slightly to a sturdy edge layer and large wispy island in my glass. I get dense lattice as I swirl the beer.
Aroma is maple syrup and roasted malts and black coffee. A pretty nice mix and not overly sweet nor overly coffee. No hint of the ABV nor any hop character here.
First sip reveals a medium body with very fine and gentle carbonation. Generally soft mouthfeel all around and fairly easy drinking for a bigger stout.
Flavor is roasted malt, black coffee up front, with a bit of sweet brown sugar and some maple syrup in the middle. THe finish is drying and roast malt through and through. The roasted notes are a little bitey and linger after the swallow, but no warming nor peppery bite of booze anywhere and the hops dont show up here either.
A nice breakfast stout that uses its adjunct more subtly than many other examples of the style. I enjoy this brew and would drink it again when at the brewery.
    4.08 in the DB scoring

I copied these directions verbatim from all-star Beer Advocate @MattOC:

I use postimage on web. Super easy.

    1. Take pic on phone
    2. Go to postimage https://postimages.org/
Select image from your photos, upload.
3.Scroll down, tap copy icon on right of the seventh option down, Hotlink for forums.
    4. Then tap in post to paste image.

That’s what I’ve been using (Northeast beer drinking thread) and I’ve never had an issue.

I can get used to breakfast like this. Chik-fil-a chicken and biscuit, hash browns and this. Deeeelicious. Tomorrow is our last day here but I’m driving us home, kid doesn’t dance until 6 tonight, so I’m taking full advantage.

Went down to the water park for a little while now relaxing a bit with Bear, a brown ale with coffee. I love a good brown ale and I know TH doesn’t mess around with coffee. This is fantastic. Not exactly weather appropriate but I don’t care right now. The roasty bitterness from the coffee plays off the malty caramel perfectly.
