speaking of which, did you guys see who is coming back from the dead? At least it looks like he is trying to make good on the people he screwed over. Hopefully he has learned his lesson and has a new attitude and isn't just trying to correct his wrongs to get back into the game.

Twinkies only have a shelf life of 25 days. Not a very good food supply for the apocalypse but those first few weeks would be great.

No I don't think it was a dick move. Just a more calculated one than I did. I clicked about 30 beers that I thought would be up there, and it came in at 5, I missed Darkness. I wasn't specifically referring to you as the tough crowd. Just in general how passionate people are about the limited trade value of this. Its almost that people get joy out of it. The general voracity in which people pitch their claims to make Cherry Rye the rarest beer on the planet, and Westy 12 about difficult to get as a 6 pack of Bud heavies, is the reason I tend to avoid this section of the forum.

Why was 6 scared of 7? Because 7 ate 9.

I was talking based soley on the number of BA wants. The ones that it shows you when you click on the beer.

Quite possible he just has never traded and thinks he stumbled onto the most valuable trade commodity out there. I mean, just combo-ing Kate together with Darkness/Dark Lord shows he doesn't have much of a handle on trade value, given how much more Kate goes for.

    This

to me it looked like he was going for $4$ and figured they were all rareish/equal rarity. It happens.

I agree, trade value should be what you paid for it. It's going for $400 on Ebay, which is absolutely nuts. You can get it from Belgiuminabox.com for about $200 delivered to your door and if you just want the 6 pack and no glasses, that's around $100.

Don't let these gentlemen talk you out of anything. There may have been plenty available yesterday, but today, in SoCal, them bricks are gone.

So, for instance, if somebody wants to jump on the ebay bandwagon and has to have one, who the hell knows, they might choke out a BB VB DL for your brick. Costs you nothing to leave it up for a day or two.

Didn't they put an axe to the whole eBaying of beer? Bricks were $109.99 here in MN

If anyone's been following the ISO:FT forum, I think the $4$locals talk has officially been debunked.

Sure if you trade for it that way with strangers, my last one I got for 2 Maine Beer Company beers from a BA/drinking buddy. The one before that he gave me for nothing as a surprise, I of course opened some goodies with him after as a thank you.

Just because people ask for bottles doesn't mean the trade happens. I'd say $4$ limited shelf or maybe high bottle count brewery one offs might work, but not in quantity..

I can see the right Minnesota guy sending a Darkness plus $4$ Abrasive for the set.
Or a BT plus other Bruery not-that-limited stuff/shelf RR sours for a set.
Or 1-2 BCBS Coffee plus regular BCBS and Zombie Dust
Or 1-4pack of BB Pt5 plus Michigan locals

Basically anyone with high trade value stuff also knows about the Belgian sites. Why would they give up any more than $4$ not-that-rare-stuff and locals when they can just click a few buttons? Like others have said, I've extrad this on
