What Beer Are You Drinking Now? #3223

Years ago I grabbed a bottle of their NA hefe by the cash registers as an impulse buy and opened it right when I got back home, around noon. It tasted really nice. Like a proper beer. So nice in fact that I started looking at the label and discovered that it was the full strenght version that someone had placed on the NA rack.

 

Lunch today with Chick-fil-A and one of my Kona beers.

Got off work early today so I'm celebrating the stormy day with an Altstadt Oktoberfest.

 

Port Mongo Dipa. I've drank this many times over the years but don't remember being too impressed. Maybe I've never had it so fresh but I'm really liking it on tap. Nice hoppy bitterness hoppy. I don't really want a keg of DIPA but if I had a keggerator at my house I'd drink a keg of this all the time.

 

Looks great. No vacation in sight for me so vicariously enjoying one through your pictures. See if you can sneak some bourbon in. If the missus frowns, blame me

 

Relaxing after a long day at work with a Duncan's Abbey Quadrupel. Have had a few things from Duncan's Abbey and have been very impressed. This is no exception. For musical accompaniment, I can think of none better than the Fab Four (get it?):

Raspberry Tripel Horse from River Horse Brewing, a "Belgian-style raspberry ale." Smells like juice, tastes refreshing, lots of sweet raspberry-ness, plenty of spice in the end. I totally like it. Cheers!!

 

Ahh the old long board. Every house party someone brings a Kona variety pack and nobody likes them and I drink them all. I'm the guy who goes for the long board in the cooler full of Coors light and corona.

 

Anything from Hill is a treat …

 

Neither my son-in-law nor I brought bourbon with us but we are seriously contemplating buying a bottle. He is going deep sea fishing tomorrow. Me, I am a landlubber and prefer to drink beer and watch the ladies on the beach.

 

Mine too. My wife gets the Kona Variety Pack so I've been really enjoying the beers.
