    Saison Dupont. Classic Belgian farm house ale. Rather awesome stuff.
    Definitely in my top ten (that I still have to make up) of all-time best beers.

    Yes, just an as much world class beer for me too, that I only find in its « organic » variant which is not as great in my town. The original Saison DuPont, along with Boulevards Tank 7 are beers I could drink all day long, if it wasn’t for evident health issues.

    A day to do some chores around the house. Slowly, as yesterday's work with the sheep has me a little sore today. Better not complain too loudly though. My father-in-law works everyone into the ground...and he's 83. :grin:

    More Cloudwater! What the hell kind of style would you put this beer under:

    ”Modelled on a pub classic, this Light Lager was conditioned for four months in a red wine barrel with Brettanomyces. Prior to bottling, it received additions of lime juice and salt, along with a restrained dry hop of Motueka and Sabro. Crisp, effervescent and thirst-quenching.”

    Still have to try that organic version some day. Could drink beer like this all day too. But better not because of practical implications :slight_smile:
    We used to get Tank 7 here too. But haven't seen it for almost two years by now.

    We talked about this before but we basically have the same distribution regarding American beers, used to get Tank 7 for 2,50 odd €uros but it disappeared now sadly.

    That’s why when you occasionally enjoy a beer from Founders and found on your shelves I’m hopeful we get it here too soon.

    It’s damn good, but no sign of the lager. Tons of lime, some brett and some sparkling wine. It’s super refreshing!
