2nd day of inventory. It's time to be drinking 'em instead of counting 'em!

    12.7 ounce bottle.
    Best before: 21/01/2031.

Moderate to vigorous pour yields a one eighth inch off white head over a murky golden body with minuscule lacing. Nose of slight funk, stone fruit, and slight citrus. Taste is reasonably tart with flavors of stone fruit, slight citrus with funky oak and a nice sweetness. Good feel on the flat side, but overall, a great tasting new fruited offering from Rebecq, Belgium paired famously with a Vermont Camembert cheese.
    Cheers!

I’m gonna have to buy more of that just so I can see how it pairs with banana bread. Cheers, Jason. I hope you don’t work your whole vacation away.

Nice to see that beer getting "diverted" through eastern mountains. It's a BEAST.

How fun! Last time we went to Epcot it was super hot, 99% humidity, and Germany Biergarten was where I parked… omg ,,, oh and the kids had fun I’m pretty sure.

If you have seen any of my posts you know I love me some Banh Mi, with all the stuff. Maybe one of my favorite meals in town is at Nam Eatery. Just so simple and satisfying.

With a Lone Pint Yellow Rose of coarse, which seems to be the favorite of Vietnamese restaurants around town, and I love that.

The Dexter Gordon Clubhouse show is part of the Tone Poet releases, and I haven't found that around town yet...think its been sold out so ugh. But love it.

And that looks like at least an early reissue, maybe original, of Coltrane's Ballads, well done.

"All the Things" from Collective Arts.

    [IMG][/IMG]

    16 ounce can.
    Canned 02/13/20.
Brewed by Collective Arts, Waunakee, WI in collaboration with Southern Grist Brewing Co. Nashville, TN.

Moderate pour yields a one inch tan head over a dark brown body with a little lacing but loads of chunks.
    Bananas? Probably.

Nose of cardamom, cocoa, and vanilla.

Taste of bananas, chocolate, vanilla, and pistachio.

    Nice feel, a bit silky.

Overall, a complex and very busy party in your mouth!
If you're looking for a pastry stout, this one's all for you!

    All the things, indeed!!

    Cheers!!!

    :beers:

Yours truly in attendance that night.

Not sure what the problem is (old age Mike) but after just two beers I am full so have to move on to something else (bourbon? Wine?).

Wife is going to cook wings in the air fryer. Maybe by then I will have a beer to wash them down. First batch ready to meet their demise.
