Foam Experimental Jet Set DIPA

Surprised to see this still reaches our shops after Brexit. Yesterday I found out Cloudwater (Manchester) stopped shipping outside the UK because of complication and delays caused by Brexit.

Hello Ba ... yesterday I finished up the Stone 12 days of ipa and today I'm completing the Samuel Adams Beers for Cheers. Only one Mad Elf remains in my fridge and after that I should be done with the holiday themed brews for the winter. Cheers !

 

Good afternoon BA's. We are getting a touch of rain in Western NC with temps in the upper 40's. A cold front is blowing thru tonight and will drop the morning low to around 20...makes it tough to motivate to hit the gym at 5:00 am!
Today's choice was one of ten muled back from a friend of mine from his Colorado Christmas trip. Nine Russian River brews and Fremont B-Bomb which i will be sampling over the next couple of months.
Since my palate does not see much sour/wild ale action, i thought i would start with Beatification which at 6% will be a good warmup for the heavier stuff to come. It was well done, with the wild yeast and bugs providing a nice funky, horse blanket, and sour beer that is primarily citrus flavored and left my pallet puckering a bit!
