    Good afternoon, advocates. I've been in quarantine for a minute, but I'm back for the moment. Feeling better, obviously, but the true test will be tomorrow. I've been sitting on this beer for longer than I wanted, although I know it was cared for and stored properly. @JayORear, I think you are going to want my opinion on this one. Muntz from McIllhenney Brewing, or as I'd like to say Alpine (f*cking) Nelson. Good lawwd... ok, I'd rather enjoy this than wax poetic, so I'll say this. Is it an exact replica? No. Is it very close? Yes, indeed. I haven't tasted Nelson like this since the OG. I know the secondary hop they're using isn't the same as the OG, either. Whether that's due to proprietary reasons or what not, I don't care. I know they took their time with this bad boy (pun intended) to get it as close as possible. White wine for days, and that beautiful transition between the wine and citrus elements. The secret sauce has to be the rye addition. I may review it again in further detail, or I might just sit here and enjoy this MFer, as I should. I have not, I repeat, have not, tasted anything like this since Alpine Nelson. That's my final answer. 4.75 for me. Enjoy your day, advocates. I'm going to have another pour. I love you, and cheers!

    Good day BA's! Having one of those days where i was out and about all morning and when you come home you can't warm up because it is 36 and rainy and the only thing that is going to solve the cold problem is a little Bourbon County Brand! Today am trying the last of the 3 variants available in my region and am happy to report the brew is warming me up and is quite flavorful with all the adjuncts!

    Da Boss is spinning tunes this afternoon and am enjoying an old classic from The Temptations, one of my favorite Motown artists. Remembering hearing it on the radio back in the early 70's.

    Les, missed this brew terribly this year due to our relocation from PHX to Western NC! My first review of Jubelale was in the Fall of 2003 when Deschutes distro made its way into AZ for the first time. About all we see of Deschutes in Western NC is Black Butte, and the Fresh Squeezed franchise. I miss seeing the annual release of Black Butte Anniversary and of course The Abyss. Anyway, have one for me if you have any left!
