What beer are you drinking now? #58

I got mine from Vicker's Liquors in Newport, RI. They still have a few four packs left, if you're willing to make the trip.

 

It all seems a bit rediculas really...doesn't it. All I want to do is send a gift to a friend. We are both of legal drinking age. There needs to be a change in the shipping laws...but that is a worn out issue.

Why doesn't this thing have a spell check?

At any rate...I live here in the seat of conservatism and the 2012 Beer City USA. The cleark seemed like a very sweet young lady and I'm sure that she though she was doing her job to the best of her ablilty. That doesn't help me from feeling particlulary pissed off about the situation though.

I will try the local "pakmail" next, I and I will claim the contents to include liquid. I will also select FedEx service and see how that goes.

Think this makes sense? I guess I will descreibe the contents as artisan olive oil...what the heck...we have an artisan oil shoppe nearby.

 

My second to last Autumnation for the year (sad day), I really enjoy this beer. Can't wait for more next year!

It's funny, the reason I went out and bought one was because you had sent me one as an extra way back when (it was the other batch though) and that was delicious and very carbonated. This bottle the cork just slid off without a pop.

 

Never had the beer but Krampus has been around well before ST bottled him. No invented back story unless the label tells of a different Krampus. He is Santas buddy who deals with the bad kids using rusty chains and willow branches. Do a google search, there are great vintage images out there. There are also videos of folks dressing as Krampus and roaming the streets. Looks like a good ole time.

Oh...and I also found them worth paying the price of admission for later in life. THEY ARE THE SHIT!

I see you're new. Drink a whole lot of stuff then try BCBS again next year. The Chocolate/vanilla bourbon will grow on you.

 

Anywhere near Philly? I love the beer but $13 four packs are too much. I would buy a case at $.99 a bottle. Want to send me 8?
