Ah! Found the lost episode of Brewmaster: 3 Beers for Batali!
So far I think Sam from Dogfish is the only American brewer teaming up Italian brewers.

I stopped there today too! That WeedEater is fantastic. I also had the Hophands and Farmhands. That was my first time at Tired Hands, and I will be going there a lot more.

Did you try the candied bacon?

Relatively speaking, of course. In comparison to some other primates (especially apes, obviously) they're not so bright. Though I recognize that it's unfair to assume the same standards of cognitive ability across so many different species—people say cows are dumb, but they weren't designed to solve puzzles and shit. They're plenty smart at what they do, even if it doesn't involve washing their food like raccoons or making tools like chimps.

    Just sayin'.

Everything these guys puts out it awesome. Tip my hat to the boys from Central Waters for another homerun Bourbon Barrel Stout.

    Salute!

I was ecstatic to find delicious brews from Wisconsin in there! Thank you!

Boulevard does do a great job with the Nut Cracker, amazing how they fresh hop a winter warmer, one of the best versions of this style.

Oh yeah? Pretty sure these cows solved the puzzle of how to get in the back of this here truck:

...and they would've gotten away with it, if it hadn't been for the poor driving skills of the operator.

Then we have the other side and even deeper thought: do animals have souls. Well, do humans have souls is still being debated until that day when EVERYONE can agree...

I didn't enjoy WeedEater too much tbh... too much pine and cat pee for me haha. That said, I LOVED the Slava Oner and Motueka Saison. And I did try the candied bacon (thanks to Gehrig13). It was fantastic.

Jean runs a very nice shop there. Cheers!

Eh, they live and breathe and do their thing just like us, that's what counts for right now, isn't it?

Beer-related topic: anyone had Lazy Magnolia's Timber Beast before? I've seen some reviews but I'm curious for some direct feedback.

They are some funny-looking buggers. Silky Sifakas and a few others are beautiful animals. And then there's the Aye-aye:

Fuck, you caught me. In my defense I don't believe I've ever said my beers were any good, just that I'd give them away for whatever other people thought they were worth. They suck. I means seriously, I let them sit for two to three days while wild bacteria from the outside of raw barley have their way with virgin wort in my oven. That's a recipe for food born illness, not beer. It isn't my fault if Tom, Bill, Colin, Dave, Bennett, Bobby, Jim, Jose, Dan, and Korey have twisted taste buds or a cruel sense of humor.
