Couldn't even find this stuff on BA or I'd review it. Pretty tasty.

I do boil it for 15 minutes, no one has gotten sick yet, including me and I taste it before I boil.

Just had 2012's Y2K. WOW I can't wait to taste this year's (technically next year's) BBBW from Central Waters, going to be tasty for sure!!!

I've yet to try this year's stout. Sure it will be solid. I was rather pleased to get a couple 4-packs from Woodmans.

Back home in NJ, which means back to my Dad's model ships as my backdrop, and a nice growler of Single Hop Saison Motueka from Tired Hands...

Continuing to drink the beer no one cares about. Palate expansion every single day of the year

This was really tasty. A bit mellow in the taste, but the aromas were great. Moderate ABV Dark Belgians need to be made more often. Unibroue Noire is top of the pack.

Surprisingly damn good stuff. Very balance coffee and chile pepper notes with toast/chocolate/toffee/molasses. No heat at all. Was a gusher, but infected at all. Worth the cleanup. At one time I thought NH was middle of the road as a brewery.

Like an aged barleywine or old ale, oxidation plays its wonderful port/sherry/damp cardboard notes delicately over the rich and succulent corn sweetness. The light struck skunkiness provides the most pleasant of aftertastes. The overwhelming hop presence of fresh Corona has happily left the building. Drink 'em if you got em boys. Grupo Modelo knows how to turn water into magic!

No picture tonight, but I'm drinking a Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout. I haven't had one of these in about a month and I forgot how delicious it is.
