    Had a good Monday. More CAD analysis work. I did squat day and then I put a corn beef brisket in the crock pot for 3 hours. Potatoes and carrots in the pressure cooker for sides. Veg was perfectly tender. I have yet to make an outstanding corned beef roast myself. I think I need to let it simmer for longer. Finished One Flew over the ****oos Next today. It gets dark at the end. Loved all the characters.

    Dragons milk oatmeal cookie. 9/19/19 bottling. Still have a long list of imperial stouts in my closet in cardboard beer boxes to drink. This is tasting awesome and fudgy now. More cookie taste than I remember. Light molasses and dark fruits. Love it.

    ...still one of my favorite breweries for clean India pale ales...damn near as good as Russian River IPA offerings...plus a simple oil painting of an out-building at Blodell Reserve (Bainbridge Island, WA - not too far from Kirbati)...Mrs. BeerGoot and I love the place and have been there several times...we hope to visit again in the not too distant future...

    ...still trying to figure out how to squeeze in a wood-burning stove...but I do have a knack for spatial problems...

    ...still one of my favorite breweries for clean India pale ales...damn near as good as Russian River IPA offerings...plus a simple oil painting of an out-building at Blodell Reserve (Bainbridge Island, WA - not too far from Kirbati if I understand @BBThunderbolt-geography correctly), painted by our artist friend Kay Jeansonne (from Louisiana) who traveled to the PNW with us and her friend Peggy circa 2006 (Mrs. BeerGoot and I lived near Tacoma in 2003)...Mrs. BG and I love the garden reserve and have been there several times...we hope to visit again in the not too distant future...
