Sweet!! The more you do it the better you get at it. I think that's where the Instant Pot - or any pressure cooker for that matter excels - cooking tough cuts of meat. Looks good!

 

Always check the dates. One of the best beers on the planet when fresh.

 

I always bought it fresh. It’s just that I’m pretty sure Toppling Goliath has had quality control issues.

After 5:00 and time for Bud. It's not an afternoon ritual or anything, I just happen to like Bud.

 

I used to refrain from posting three beer pics to a single page for fear I would get a bad rep than I realized that ship has already sailed.

 

I’m pretty sure that I’m the only person who has followed up a Heady with a Michelada. A friend I’ve known since Jr. High makes a fresh mix that is sold at a local liquor store ($26 for what seems to be a 32 ounce mason jar. 2 ounces is enough for each drink, and he told me that it lasts for 30 days). I never liked Michelada’s, but a freshly made one at Green Cheek changed my mind. Cheers:

My thanks to @jzeilinger for turning me on to Victory Brewing while I was still living in Florida. Wife got this for me at a store at our new abode here in Delaware. Victory's Golden Monkey, a Belgian-style Triple Ale. 9.5% ABV. Good Stuff.

A "small lager" but full of flavor, another classic from the home team.

 

It is starting to really heat up down here in Florida, so I am having a dry, thirst-quenching German Pilsner from Bitburger.

 

Mrs. Raul accidentally broke my Fieldwork Pilsner glass - in which we purchased on a trip from Monterrey. I, then broke a Russian River tulip (that Mrs. Raul loved) in which I got in 2013 during a trip to try Pliny The Younger. It’s all good. Love has its casualties.
