Agreed - it's not an attribute I want to taste i my beer.

 

I love Second Fiddle and have really liked Fiddlehead IPA at times. Recently I’ve swerved to less hazy stuff.

I asked my reliable guy to get me a case of HU. Asked him where it was this week - said they had nothing 12 or 16 ounce. I told him his distributor is weak. They brew the hell out of that beer.

Saw this in the case figured Id give it a whirl. Used to love Peak but never see it fresh anymore. BB 10/17. Not sure where the "Wicked Dry Hopped" comes from. Weak in aroma. Decent malt base with some bitterness, weak floral hops. Meh.

Funny you mention that - I've really not been into the hazies lately. I still have some in my fridge that i need to consume but I haven't been buying any more lately. I always liked Second Fiddle much more than the Fiddlehead IPA. I just don't find hazies to be thirst quenching beers, they've always been somewhat of chore to drink, especially when there's 16 ozs to consume.

 

I need this one. 2 more days and 9 glorious days off. Sadly we got water damage from a kid leaving this sink on by accident today. Could done without that. Cheers all.
