I'm having a Celebration Ale whilst cooking some hot Indian curry. 3 Habanero peppers are going in to spice it up and then, into the fridge it goes until tomorrow night. :grinning:

Mirror Mirror 09' is one of my all time Favorites...I can honestly say that I would choose this beer over King Henry any day if the week and Twice on Sundays...

    Cheers!

It's a toss up between MO & Zombie Dust as best pale ale IMO.... MO is making a strong case tonight

I'm having one of those moments of beer clarity here...

An absolutely phenomenal beer. I cannot think of a superlative that does it justice. ``Yummy'' is the only thing that comes to mind.

At the very first sip, I knew I'd end up scoring this high... http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/147/87746/?ba=Greywulfken

The site has it down as a BSDA, but this was right on the brink of stout-dom. It was nothing like the Belgian standard-bearers of the BSDAs, like Chimay Blue, Maudite (oops, Canadian! I always forget), and Gulden Draak, and it wasn't like American-made BDSAs, like Art of Darkness, Raison D'Etre, or Brother Thelonius. It has a much richer, more stout taste and feel - as if the fruits and spices had been suffused with chocolatey booze. Toward the very end of the glass, the beer took on more BDSA characteristics in feel and flavors. My expectations were modest, admittedly, but this was a really great beer.

    Cheers!

Quick edit: gotta get in a shot of the head/lace:
