I am sorry to hear about the loss of your family’s furry friend. Stewie is a great name for a pup. When I was a kid my family’s pet was a long haired chihuahua named peanut. My condolences to your family. I will also raise a glass later tonight to Stewie and give my pal Ronald an extra pat on his big furry head tonight.

 

Next up is a 3 Sons Brewing Double Dope DIPA from Diana Beach FL, really good taste and no yeast solids on the bottom. Second shot of Identity Anejo tequila, not the best for chilled shots....

Then over to The Red Lion, a decent-ish pseudo English pub (that has been on all the Food Network shows like Diners Drive Ins and Dives). While there use to be probably a half dozen, maybe a full dozen, good pubs that had fresh Fuller's around town. This is the only one left.

Fuller's London Pride, and some Stilton sausage rolls. Hitting all the old school bars/pubs today.

Nice - I didn't know he died so young - he was around 54 when he passed away. Talented gentleman.

Oh yeah, he also struggled a lot with alcohol and drugs before that as well. As Frodo Baggins would say, "his is a tragic story." I also have a cool album that is the soundtrack to a kids cartoon in the 70's called The Point. Nilsson did the music, but there were multiple narrators, including Ringo Starr (and there are multiple versions, so it kind of depends on which one you got). Its really fun, and my LP copy still has the comic book that came in the sleeve. One of these days I'll give it to my nephews.
