ISO: one Big Stout for our next Beer Box

    ICYMI: I'm curating another beer box that'll go on sale before the end of the year. This one is going to focus on big Stouts. It's too early to confirm the lineup, but I've already invited eleven brewers and most are in or interested.

    That leaves one open slot, and I'd love to get your suggestions on a worthy brewery to help fill the box!
    • Has to be a big Stout. Let's say 8% or higher. Fun or interesting ingredients? Even better!
    • Needs to be from a US brewery that can allocate around 80 cases.
    • Cans (16 or 12oz) are preferred, but 12oz bottles are doable.
    Drop your suggestions in this thread, and feel free to share this thread with brewers.

    They can their stouts and they certainly have the volume to handle a fest like this.

    River North Brewery has lots of interesting stouts. Perhaps a Mr. Sandman or Nightmare Fuel variety.

    So Excited about this Box!! Off the top of my head. Cant speak to capacity of Transient, but I suspect the others can make it happen!

    If Barreled Souls can meet the capacity and can a stout, I 100% agree with this one. There will be zero complaints about quality, and much of the country has no chance to experience their beer without trading.

    It has to go to Kane. Like a spurned former lover all I can think about is the flame that was Double Double Cask. Would like to see what they can do with a stout.

    It would also be fun if someone with some leverage could get Revolution to do a pastry stout.

    Burial (NC) makes great Stouts and most of their new releases sell out quickly. I'm sure they'd love a chance to expand their national profile.

    I don’t think boxes can be sent to Michigan—so why not a goodie from Transient to share with everyone else?
