    Shooting for a rare (this year) two beers from home today. Celebrating Wisconsin day now, with Klement's Chicago Style Hot Dogs and Wisconsin's premier year-round IPA.

    Squeezed in a 10-mile run this morning, but it got hot fast! The birthday beers yesterday might have slowed my legs down just a bit... It's 103 degrees now. I can't wait for this crazy heat wave to pass. Just picked this up from a local shop - sounded refreshing! @Coronaeus knows this brewery quite well! Jelly King Raspberry & Peach from Bellwoods in Ontario. A dry hopped sour with fruit. Very nice! Cheers!

    In the backyard, drinking Turkey Town a Marzen Lager from Untied Brewing in New Providence NJ. This brew is not an Oktoberfest but could pass for one. A very good one. A nice malty brew.

    Just got back from a hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway and enjoying a grocery store mixed sixer brew. Not bad, light and refreshing with a decent flavor profile.
    Caught an old tune from the Climax Blues Band (who?) on SXM's 70's station, still sounds pretty good.

    Another lazy day. Went for a long walk and read. I've enjoyed some IPAs and Stouts from Durty Bull Brewing in Durham, NC but this Pilsner is awful. Watery and little flavor. A rare drain pour for me. Life's too short.
