    I picked up Das Boot at Bemidji Brewing back in 2021, while enjoying their Oktoberfest stopping at the brewery on the way to Lake of the Woods for a fishing trip. I am enjoying a can of their Oktoberfest 2022 in said boot.

    Life and Fate XII from Root + Branch. I wish I would have sent @JayORear the previous beer, which was a WCIPA,. I think he would have enjoyed it. I can always send him more beers, so there's that. This NE-style IPA is spot on, and it's the banger you would expect from them at this point. I'm thankful. Peace...

    Well the pork loin has been moved to slow cook in the toaster oven. Next up is salmon with a CCB Fancy Papers. More chores done, skylight covers down from the attic, chain saw lubed, fueled and ran for 5 minutes, loose stuff that will fly around moved to inside the garage. I-75 and the FL turnpike are crawling north, gas stations running out of gas. All I can think is if all those cars were electric there would be 750-1,000 in line to charge at every exit......
