A student brought me a boule of sourdough bread, it looked good enough, so I made some ultimate middle-eastern spiced beef avocado toast with cheese, and some parmesan roasted brussel sprouts to go with... that kid has baking chops as we both have high standards. Good crust crunch, good crumb, pore space, and not too doughy.

Currently? Enjoying dessert with my better half, an ORB Kinfolk Porter. Delicious.
