They make excellent sausage. A bit pricey to mail order though. I wanted to try them and I'm not disappointed.

Well, I was working from home today, and all the sudden the power went out in the morning. After about 20 minutes, it came back on. I continued to work for a few hours, and again it was off. Another 20 minutes passes by, its back on...ugh. This is a bad sitcom so far. Then the power went off from about 1:30 to now (well about 15 minutes ago). I gave up trying to work today ha (HR is always complaining I never use my PTO, so there).

So earlier, had a Live Oak Oakstoberfest out in the courtyard.


The pupper is out as well...

 

I’ve seen Black Hog Granola Brown Ale on various shelves over the past few months and been intrigued. But, I also know that there is many a crap four pack out there and didn’t want to take the plunge fully just yet. Luckily, I found it on draft tonight downtown. I enjoy it very much and will purchase the next four pack I find. Salute!

Exactly - the sausage is reasonably priced but the shipping is killer. I ordered 5 lbs and since it's only me eating it, that will last me a while - I froze it and just take out what I need. Like tonight I used a 1/2 of a package - 3 links. It was a splurge but an enjoyable one.

They look and sound good, but...Gotta be careful with Sodium Nitrate and other chemicals used in there. It was directly linked to colon cancer. Look for UNCURED meats. It just means that no chemicals were used.
