    Moving on, Civil Society’s “Walking on Air” IPA:

    Light lemon hops, mild bitterness, firm malt base. Easy drinking, but tame otherwise. I split a mixed case of CS with my buddy who was at the WP brewery last week. The new to rotation beers were underwhelming. I hope my favorite brewery is not resting on its laurels. Cheers!

    If my math is right you will be celebrating your 66th birthday this January. That is the age I started losing my hair big time. Hopefully, you will not follow my lead. But hair now grows out my nose and ears so I guess it all balances out. I decided not to post pictures of it!

    Are you still able to party New Year’s Eve straight through to your birthday? Or is Father Time making it more difficult?

    Cheers my friend. I got a task to take care of and then it is beer time.

    Just finished paying all the bills and got my daughter's Xmas gifts all ordered. Prepped all the ingredients for tonight's dinner so just have to do the actual cooking next. That leaves me time for a beer and a little relaxation beforehand.

    Excellent clear body with deep browns and garnet hues; thin yet persistent light tan head. Bold malt nose; roasted grain; suggestion of maple sugar. Big sweet taste cut with a fine bourbon undercurrent; tobacco; dark cherry; soothing booziness. Heavy body; dense and silky on the palate; heavy residual sugar smoothness; nice alcohol warmth counterbalance.

    This big, beautiful Kentucky strong ale is an enjoyable experience, nicely balanced and cunningly hard hitting (in a good way).

    No I haven't yet they look good tho. Iv been wanting to make these patties like we'd get from Market Street meat department. Had Gouda cheese and bacon in them. Some of the best patties I've ever had.
