2) Sierra Nevada’s Liquid Hoppiness (7.0%): A hazy IPA from California that has flavors of pineapple, orange, grapefruit, and berries.

Winner:

1) Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing: For a beer to be good enough to replace Oktoberfest this year, Liquid Hoppiness did not live up to the task. Hazy Little Thing has a brighter flavor. More lemon citrus, flower, and pineapple. More balanced, dryer, and drinkable. Always enjoyable.

 

Handing out candy in the driveway with my wife and drinking the approrpiate beverage (with the speakers blasting a Spotify Halloween rock mix).

...my lady gave me the night off. has a friend over keeping her company handing out candy. not complaining :-) cheers BAs!

 

Boo! Kids are all in various neighborhoods trick-or-treating. The first Halloween we had in our house I bought five bags of candy. We had zero trick-or-treaters that year. I think we've had less than a handful in the 10 years we've been here. Don't bother with candy any more and just leave the lights off...unless I'm taking a pic of an Alesmith Speedway Stout. Cheers!

I’ve had my light on and door open since 5:00 and we are averaging 1.5 kids an hour, phew. I miss the days when we lived near the college, the costumes got better the later it got.
